Discover the most beautiful hikes in Ibiza

You can party like there's no tomorrow or simply relax with yoga on the beach in Ibiza, but it's also the perfect location for the most stunning hikes. Discover the best spots in Ibiza on foot with these beautiful hiking routes.

The coastline to Cap Negret

In the northwest of Ibiza, a beautiful hike along the coastline towards Cap Negret begins. If you prefer less intense hiking in Ibiza, then this route is highly recommended. Santa Agnes de Corona is only 200 meters above sea level, making the climb to the steep cliffs not too strenuous. At the top, you can relax with a magnificent panoramic view. In summer, you can enjoy the delightful scent of grass and the sounds of nature here. The further path is adventurous and rugged yet easy to navigate. As an added reward on this route, you'll find two hidden beaches, making the physical exertion more than worth it.

For the avid mountaineers

Are you more into climbing the highest peaks? You can also hike in Ibiza this way. For enthusiasts, there's the opportunity to hike to the top of Sa Talaia mountain. This is the highest point in Ibiza, at 475 meters high. At the end, you'll be rewarded with a well-deserved 350-degree view. On clear days, you can even see the neighboring island of Formentera and the mainland of Spain. A good starting point is the white village of Sant Josep. It's a challenging climb, but you'll cover it in six kilometers round trip.

Sunset at Es Vedrá

For those who want to enjoy a beautiful sunset in Ibiza, the hike to the lookout tower, Es Sivanar, is a must-do. This circular route ensures that you don't have to walk back the same path, thus avoiding double highlights. The Puig des Savinar route also passes by the mystical Atlantis, a stunning hidden beach. It looks like a sunken city, but it originally originated from a quarry used for the walls of Dalt Villa, the center of Ibiza town. The seawater that flowed into the quarry via the coastline has created natural water basins.

A rewarding hike

Are you someone who seeks both exertion and relaxation? Then a package at Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay is ideal for you. You'll stay for three nights and get three guided hikes. These include a Natural Spa & Sound Healing Hike, which takes you to the most beautiful natural pools in Ibiza. Back at the hotel, you can fully relax with extras like massages and a Japanese Omakase dinner.

  • Ensure you have enough food and water; after all that exertion, you'll need it.
