Opened in 2019, this gem can be found on the beach of s’Arenal Petit, run by the same family that owns chiringuito Cala Xuclar. Discovered after a dinner and so impressive that lunch for the following week was immediately booked. Does that say enough?

## Beachy, breezy, bohemian
The look of Rebrots is quintessential 'Ibiza': lanterns, bamboo chairs, wooden tables, warm colors, and earth tones. The restaurant boasts a spacious and cozy terrace surrounded by plants creating an intimate atmosphere, yet with a stunning view of the beach and sea. The indoor area is limited, with their beautiful bar as the main attraction.

## A world of flavors
Rebrots' menu is a delightful mix of Mediterranean dishes with global influences. Each dish, meant for shared dining, was a hit. From vegan beetroot & avocado tartare, homemade Rebrots croquettes, Xuclar's ceviche to Rebrots steak tartare, tacos with pulled pork & guacamole, oxtail bao's (steamed buns) with mango & kimchi, and Iberian tandoori meat. To top it off: a delightful lemon pie with meringue!

The presentation, flavors, and portions are just right: a great value for money, everything tasted was refined and truly delicious! Tip: also try their strawberry caipirinha!

## More than just food
Rebrots is about more than just food. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, no need to dress up. Despite the restaurant being fully booked each time, the service was smooth.

## Practical information
Rebrots is located on the beach of s’Arenal Petit, in the north of Ibiza. There is a large (free) parking area about 100 meters before the beach.

Abierto en 2019, este tesoro se encuentra en la playa de s’Arenal Petit, gestionado por la misma familia que posee el chiringuito Cala Xuclar. Descubierto tras una cena y tan impresionante que inmediatamente se reservó para almorzar la semana siguiente. ¿No dice eso suficiente?

## Playero, fresco, bohemio
La apariencia de Rebrots es la esencia de 'Ibiza': farolillos, sillas de bambú, mesas de madera, colores cálidos y tonos tierra. El restaurante tiene una terraza amplia y acogedora rodeada de plantas que crean un ambiente íntimo, pero con una vista impresionante de la playa y el mar. El área interior es limitada, con su hermosa barra como atracción principal.

## Un mundo de sabores
El menú de Rebrots es una deliciosa mezcla de platos mediterráneos con influencias globales. Cada plato, destinado para compartir, fue un acierto. Desde la tártara vegana de remolacha y aguacate, croquetas caseras de Rebrots, ceviche de Xuclar hasta tártara de carne de Rebrots, tacos con cerdo desmenuzado & guacamole, bao's de rabo de toro (panecillos al vapor) con mango & kimchi, y carne tandoori ibérica. Para terminar: ¡una deliciosa tarta de limón con merengue!

La presentación, los sabores y las porciones están muy bien: una excelente relación calidad-precio, todo lo probado fue refinado y verdaderamente delicioso. Consejo: ¡prueba también su caipiriña de fresa!

## Más que solo comida
Rebrots es más que solo comida. El ambiente es relajado y casual, no es necesario vestirse formalmente. A pesar de que el restaurante estaba completamente reservado cada vez, el servicio fue fluido.

De uitstraling van Rebrots is de essentie van 'Ibiza': lampions, bamboe stoelen, houten tafels, warme kleuren en aardetinten. Het restaurant heeft een ruim en gezellig terras, omgeven door planten die zorgen voor een intieme sfeer, maar met een prachtig uitzicht op het strand en de zee. Het binnengedeelte is beperkt, met de bar als een ware eyecatcher.

## Een wereldse smaaksensatie
Het menu van rebrots is een heerlijke mix van Mediterrane gerechten met invloeden van over de hele wereld. Elk gerechtje, bedoeld voor shared dining, was een voltreffer. Van veganistische rode bieten & avocado tartaar, huisgemaakte rebrots kroketten, Xuclar's ceviche tot Rebrots steak tartaar, taco's met pulled pork & guacamole, oxtail bao's (gestoomde broodjes) met mango & kimchi en de Iberische tandoori vlees. Als afsluiter: een verrukkelijk citroentaartje met meringue!

De presentatie, de smaken én de porties zitten hier helemaal goed: een prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, alles wat we proefden was verfijnd en werkelijk delicious! Tip: probeer ook hun strawberry caipirinha!

## Meer dan alleen eten
Bij Rebrots gaat het om meer dan alleen eten. De sfeer is relaxed en gemoedelijk, geen noodzaak om op te doffen. Ondanks dat het restaurant telkens volgeboekt was, was de service vlot.

Rebrots is gelegen aan het strand van s’Arenal Petit, in het noorden van Ibiza. Er is een grote onbetaalde parkeerplaats op iets meer dan honderd meter lopen van het strand.
